Poha Cutlets, either using left-over or by making a fresh batch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Poha ready left over
  • 1 slices Brown Bread moistened and crumbled
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds white roasted
  • 1 tbsp Rawa
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic or chilli, or paste chilli paste

Instructions
 

  • Add up all the ingredients except the rawa. Shape like cutlets. Dip in the rawa so as to coat it all over. Deep fry/ shallow fry / grill till golden brown. Serve hot with spicy hot mint-dhania chutney

Notes

Poha is by itself a binding agent hence it comes together beautifully to make cutlets.
As the ready one already has all flavors , we just need to add little more.
