- 2 medium Spinach bunches
- 2 Tbspn sesame seeds
- 1 tspn crushed Red chilli
- 2 tspn Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

- Wash spinach under running water. And let it dry. Remove the stems . You need just the leaves
- With the help of a chopped finely chop the spinach.
- Dry roast Sesame seeds and keep aside.. Coarsely grind sugar and red chilli flakes.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the spinach till it is crispy
- Remove it on plate and add salt , sesame seeds, red chilli flakes and sugar.
Notes
While frying the spinach make sure you fry spinach in small amount.Â
