Eggless chocolate cake with whole wheat flour is a vegan moist cake. It's a mud cake. Chocolate cake can be used as base for many cakes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 spoons Coco Powder table
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- cup Sugar3/4 Cup sugar3/4
- 1 cup Cold Water
- cup Oil1/4 Cup oil1/4
- 1 lime Lime Juice 1 Table Spoon juice table
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate for glaze
- 100 gms Dark Chocolate
- 100 gms Cream
- 1 spoon Butter table

Instructions
- Preheat oven @180 for 10 minutes. Grease 6inch pan.
- Seive all the dry ingredients except sugar for 7 to 8 times.
- In another bowl add sugar and cold water. mix well till sugar dissolves completely.
- Now add oil to sugar water till everything is mixed together.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well lumps should not be there. Batter will be thin.
- Add the lemon juice mix well. Pour the batter immediately to the greased pan and bake immediately. Bake @180 for 30 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- For Chocolate glaze
- Boil cream in a pan add it to chocolate pieces and butter and mix well without lumps. Pour it on the cake. Decorate with gems or any white chocolate chunks.
Notes
1.For Vegan chocolate glaze almond milk or non diary cream or coconut cream can be used.
2. We will mix lemon juice at last because lemon juice reacts with baking soda and texture of cake will be good.
