- Khoya-150gm
- Peas-100gm&Makhana50gm
- Onion-2
- Ginger-garlic paste-2tsp
- Red chili powder-1tsp
- Coriander powder-2tsp
- Haldi1/2tsp. Bay leave-1
- Garam masala1tsp
- Kasurimethi methi-1 1/2tsp
- Tomato puree-1/cup
- Hung curd-2tbsp. Cream-1tbsp mix it
- Salt to taste
- Oil for tadka
- Watermelon seeds paste-1tbsp

- boil green peas.roast makhana keep aside fry onion and garlic in a oil till brown. when cool grind to paste in mixer. heat oil in a pan .add bay leaves.add dry masalas except gram masala. add onion paste with tomato puree.fry till oil leaves sides.
- Add hung curd &scream mix. Add also watermelon seeds paste. Fry it off 2-3minutes. Now add kohya fry it. Last add peas &makhana mix it well. Add 1cup water . Add kasurimethi Methi and cover it. Leave it for 4-5 minutes.
- Add garam masala and switch off the gas It is ready to eat.garnish with coriander leaves Seve hot with nan or tandoori roti
