Ingredients
  

  • Khoya-150gm
  • Peas-100gm&Makhana50gm
  • Onion-2
  • Ginger-garlic paste-2tsp
  • Red chili powder-1tsp
  • Coriander powder-2tsp
  • Haldi1/2tsp. Bay leave-1
  • Garam masala1tsp
  • Kasurimethi methi-1 1/2tsp
  • Tomato puree-1/cup
  • Hung curd-2tbsp. Cream-1tbsp mix it
  • Salt
  • Oil for tadka
  • Watermelon seeds paste-1tbsp

Instructions
 

  • boil green peas.roast makhana keep aside fry onion and garlic in a oil till brown. when cool grind to paste in mixer. heat oil in a pan .add bay leaves.add dry masalas except gram masala. add onion paste with tomato puree.fry till oil leaves sides.
  • Add hung curd &scream mix. Add also watermelon seeds paste. Fry it off 2-3minutes. Now add kohya fry it. Last add peas &makhana mix it well. Add 1cup water . Add kasurimethi Methi and cover it. Leave it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add garam masala and switch off the gas It is ready to eat.garnish with coriander leaves Seve hot with nan or tandoori roti
