To be honest, this recipe was a jugaad to use up all leftovers from the previous meal....!! The balls turned up as evening time snacks. I believe in minimizing wastage of resources and regularly use up leftovers in some or the other way.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato
  • ½ cup boiled vegetables like french beans peas , cauliflower etc ( Use as per your taste preference )
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Shezwan chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon roasted flax seeds
  • 2 heaped tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • Oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Mash the cooked rice with pav bhaji masher. Mix up all ingredients and make small balls. Deep fry to Golden brown. Serve with red chilli sauce.
