To be honest, this recipe was a jugaad to use up all leftovers from the previous meal....!! The balls turned up as evening time snacks. I believe in minimizing wastage of resources and regularly use up leftovers in some or the other way.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Mashed Potato boiled and
  • 1/2 cup French Beans peas , cauliflower etc ( use as per your taste preference ), or vegetables boiled vegetables like
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Shezwan Chutney shezwan chutney
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds roasted
  • 2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds heaped
  • to Oil deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Mash the cooked rice with pav bhaji masher. Mix up all ingredients and make small balls. Deep fry to Golden brown. Serve with red chilli sauce.
