To be honest, this recipe was a jugaad to use up all leftovers from the previous meal....!!
The balls turned up as evening time snacks.
I believe in minimizing wastage of resources and regularly use up leftovers in some or the other way.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- ½ cup boiled vegetables like french beans peas , cauliflower etc ( Use as per your taste preference )
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Shezwan chutney
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon roasted flax seeds
- 2 heaped tablespoon white sesame seeds
- Oil to deep fry

Instructions
- Mash the cooked rice with pav bhaji masher. Mix up all ingredients and make small balls. Deep fry to Golden brown. Serve with red chilli sauce.
