Soya Adai Roll is a healthy breakfast recipe which is protein rich too as F2F Multi Dal Adai batter is filled with the goodness of Moong Dal, Tur Dal, Channa Dal along with the flavour of spices like ginger, jeera, pepper, asafoetida, and curry leaves. Soya stuffing makes it more healthy and filling too.

Ingredients
  

  • F2F Multi Dal Adai Batter - 2 cups
  • Salt
  • Refined Oil - 4 to 5 tablespoon
  • Soya Nuggets - 2/3 cup
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - sliced one big
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • toothpicks - few

Instructions
 

  • Boil the soya nuggets and drain the water. Squeeze the nuggets and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon of oil and add the soya nuggets into it.
  • Now add turmeric powder, ginger paste, red chilli powder and salt. Saute them for few minutes and keep aside.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and add ladle full of batter and spread in a circular motion (the way we spread dosa batter).
  • Cook on high heat and add oil on the sides. When one side is done turn the other side and cook well.
  • Now take the cooked adai in a plate and stuff it with cooked soya chunk and sliced onion. Sprinkle little black salt and add little lemon juice.
  • Fold the stuffed adai just like a roll and close it using tooth pick and serve it.
