Ingredients
  

  • Rice flou - 1cup
  • gm flour 1/4 cup
  • Semolina 1/4 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Salt
  • Pizza seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • FOR STUFFING : Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
  • Cheese cut into cubes - 4 tablespoons
  • Pizza seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander and green chilli chopped - 1 tablespoon each
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rice flour, suji, besan, oil and salt.
  • Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes
  • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together.
  • After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough
  • Take some portion of the dough and spread it on the hand.
  • Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing and cover it. Shape it like croquettes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until they turn golden in colour
  • Serve stuffed cheese croquettes with green chutney or tomato ketchup
