Snacks With Bajra
It may be evening snacks, tea time recipe, tiffin box recipe, traveling recipe, picnic recipe. It is stuffed with bajra flour which has nutritional value. It can be kept fortnight.
- 1 cup dry roasted bajra flour
- 1/4 cup dry fruits
- 1/4 jaggery powder
- 1/4 cup desi ghee
- 1 cup dough
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Oil for frying
- Make a smooth dough and keep aside. Mix desi ghee with bajra flour. Add jaggery powder, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
- Mix and make small balls and keep aside. Then spread the dough and fill with mixed bajra. ,
- Now close and deep fry until light brown. It can be kept in air tight container. Bajra snacks ready to serve.
