Dal Pakwan is a very famous and a traditional Sindhi breakfast/snack. To make it more healthy, I have made use of half Maida and half Wheat Flour Also, instead of frying, I have gone in for Baking the Pakwan Cuppies. Lastly, the idea of Pakwan as cuppies, makes it easier to serve in any gathering, party, get together or to fussy kids.
