Kamola means orange. Diwali is colourful festival. People enjoy with colourful light and sweet. We worship Laxmi and Ganesh. This is a type of sandesh garnish with boondi.

Ingredients
  

  • Cottage cheese 250 grams
  • Sugar powder 100 grams
  • Refine flour 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Boondi for garnishing 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add cottage cheese, mash with palm. Add refine flou andr rose water again mash.
  • Now take a pan heat and add the mixed cheese dough. Stir continuously gradually it will become non sticky.
  • Now add sugar powder and stir again. Switch off the flame. Now give shape with both hands. Press with thumb so there is a space to fill the boondi.
  • Now garnish with boondi.

Notes

Delicious and coloured sweet.
