#PSIndianStreetFood I have made this famous street food which is loved by all the ages whether kids or adults.. Spring Roll is one of the most famous street food of our country.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cip all purpose flour
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1/2 cup boiled noodles
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped beans
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Make a soft dough by adding oil in flours. Cover it let it rest for 5 min
  • Heat oil in a wok and add onion and toss and add all veggies and cook on high flame
  • Add salt, black pepper and mix
  • Add soya sauce, vinegar and noodles in it and toss it put off the flame
  • Take lemon size ball from a dough and roll it in a thin roti.
  • Put one spoon filling on one side and apply water on all the sides and cover it from one side.. THEN fold it from bith sides and roll it tightly and sieze it.
  • Make all the rolls and deep fry and serve it with sauce.
