Mango Kulfi-No Cook Recipe

This recipe for instant mango kulfi takes short cuts, using canned sweetened condensed milk and fresh cream!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 50 ml condensed milk
  • 1 green Cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingridents together in a blender and blend into smooth mixture
  • Transfer the mixture to kulfi mould and freeze it for 1hours
  • Unmould the kulfi by showing the kulfi moulds under the running water for some seconds,remove gently the kulfi
  • Serve it immediately before it melts down
