Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm curd
  • 8 - 10 stem coriander leaves
  • 8 - 10 stem coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 250 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Firstly whisked the curd and water in a bowl well. That is, prepare buttermilk.
  • Now separate all the leaves from the stem of the coriander.
  • Make a fine paste with the help of silicate or mixer grinder.
  • Roast cumin seeds until light brown colour and grind it also.
  • Now add coriander paste, roasted cumin, black salt in butter milk.
  • Cool and put it in the glass. Serve slightly cumin powder and coriander leaves from top to bottom.
