A very simple and healthy saag

Ingredients
- 1 bunch water spinach Nari ka saag/
- Salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon methi Dana
- 2 whole red chili broken
- 4 garlic clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon Mustard oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder optional
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- First you need to clean the saag, wash and finely cut the saag.
- Heat oil add methi dana as they crackle add garlic and saute two minutes.
- Add whole red chili and saag mix well add salt red chili powder. Lower the heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid stir and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Switch off the gas. Add lemon juice, Serve hot with Partha.
