People make saag (green leaves) in different ways. In winter we get variety of fresh green veggies. This is the perfect time to enjoy the green leaves. Every leaf has own properties. I made this tasty recipe in a simple way.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Green Leaves (green)
- 1 Onion
- 1 to Tomato
- 2 bulb Ginger
- 2 Green Chillies
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Maize Flour
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Boil the saag with adding onion, garlic, tomato, green chillies and salt.
- After boiling add maize paste, mash evenly. Then tempering with onion, garlic and ginger. Add garam masala and ghee to make it more tasty.
- Serve with rice/ roti/ mixed flour roti or whatever you like.
