Ingredients
 

  • 1 bowl Bowl Green Leaves green
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 to Tomato
  • 2 bulb Ginger
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Maize Flour
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • to Sat To Taste sat taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the saag with adding onion, garlic, tomato, green chillies and salt.

  • After boiling add maize paste, mash evenly. Then tempering with onion, garlic and ginger. Add garam masala and ghee to make it more tasty.

  • Serve with rice/ roti/ mixed flour roti or whatever you like.
