  • 250 gm Chopped Nari Shaah 250 Gms chopped nari shaah
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 100 gm Moong fried bari
  • Turmeric Powder or salt and salt as required
  • Whole Red Chilli panch phoran 1 tsp


  • Add two tbs oil in a heated pan. Add whole red chilli,chopped garlic, panch phoran
  • Now add shark, turmeric and salt. Stir fry close the lid for a few seconds.
  • Let the water dehydrated add fried bari. Now ready to serve with steam rice.
