  • 1 bunch water spinach Nari ka saag/
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 2 Whole red chilli broken
  • 4 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder optional
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • First you need to clean the saag, wash and finely cut the saag.
  • Heat oil add methi dana as they crackle add garlic and saute two minutes.
  • Add whole red chili and saag mix well add salt red chili powder. Lower the heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Open the lid stir and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Switch off the gas. Add lemon juice, Serve hot with Partha.
