Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup semolina
  • 2 cup fenugreek leaves
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 cup oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Firstly remove the thick vine in the fenugreek leaves and wash it.
  • Now boil adding little salt, pinch of baking powder to retain the green color.
  • Blend the puree and let it cool.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, puree,salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, oil and mix well.
  • Make dough and keep it aside.
  • Grease the chakli mould with crispy stick attachment and put the dough into it.
  • Make the sticks and keep them on a greased sheet.
  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat turning the side until crisp.
  • Remove them on an absorbent paper.
  • Allow them to cool before putting them in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
