Ingredients
- 250 gm cottage cheese cut into bite sizes
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
- 1 tablespoon butter clarified
- 1 tablespoon Oil for shallow fry
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
- Take ingredients in bowl (ginger, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chat masala powder and clarified butter).
- Mix it well till it turn into fine paste.
- Marinate paneer pieces in it and keep aside for 30minutes
- Heat cooking oil on non-stick pan, shallow fry marinated paneer from all the sides till done crisp. Transfer it to a plate on paper towel.
- Garnish some coriander leaves and serve this yummy tawa paneer with green chutney, raw onion slices and lemon.
