Ingredients
- GRm flour 2 cup
- 1 large size boiled and mashed potato
- 2 tablespoon grated carrot
- 2 tablespoon grated onion
- Finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste
- Salt
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Dry mango powder 1 tsp
- Oil for frying as required

Instructions
- Strain the gram flour and make a batter with adding water .
- Add salt,red chili pwoder,green chili,coriander,onion,carrot,potato,lemon juice and mango powder.
- Heat the non-stick pan Now pour a ladle full of batter onto the pan and lightly use the ladle to spread the batter into a circular shape from the center outwards. Make a circle cook a minute.
- Drizzle with a little oil and lift the edges of the Cheela to allow oil to go under it. Flip now and cook till the other side is golden too.
- Serve hot with green chutney,pickle or curd.
