Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots. Chop them into small pieces.
- Add them to a juicer and extract it's juice. Add sugar and well beaten yoghurt to it.
- Also, add the freshly squeezed juice of an orange into it. Mix well and serve chilled in two tall serving glasses.
