- 250 gm Bottle Gourd also known as lauki
- 1 inch Ginger peeled and roughly chopped
- 10 Mint Leaves fresh
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 cup Water more or less as needed for desired consistency
