  • 15 ripe Jamun Jamun also known as naaval pazham or nava pazham, indian black plums

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 2-4 tbsp Sugar or honey, to taste. adjust to your sweetness preference.

  • 1-2 cup Water adjust as needed for desired consistency.
