Ingredients
- 250 gm Cottage Cheese cut into long strips
- 2 cup Spaghetti boiled
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 Carrot cut into long pieces
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- leaves Some Iceberg Leaves some iceberg
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Topping or cream fresh cream for
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil on nonstick pan, till then sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on cottage cheese.
- Place cottage cheese on heated oil and shallow fry cottage cheese from all the sides till it done golden brown and crispy from outside.
- Boil required water in steamer. Grease steamer plate n steam broccoli and carrot for 2mins on high flame. When steam done transfer it to a plate.
- In same steamer, steam green peas and corn kernels for 2minutes. When it done transfer it to a plate. All the done ingredients keep aside.
- Take 2 glass of water in wok, add little salt and few drops of oil. Add spaghetti n boil till it done. Drain extra water from it. Add soy sauce n black pepper powder in it. Mix it very well.
- You r done. Keep some iceberg on plate, steam veggies, cottage cheese and spaghetti(shown in Pic). Do Zigzag with some fresh cream.
