Cheese Chilli Toast

- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Grated Cheese (Any of your choice) followed by ½ cup of finely chopped Green Chilies.
- Then add ½ tsp of Chili Flakes, ½ tsp of Oregano and ¼ tsp of Salt mix well and keep aside.
- On preheated tawa take 1 tsp of Butter and grease it well.
- Take two slices of Bread, roast for 1 Min from one side and flip the Bread slice.
- Add 1 ½ tsp of Cheese stuffing on both the slices.
- Cover with the lid and simmer on low flame until turns crispy.
- In a similar way, make all the Bread toast.
- When turns crispy remove into the serving, dish and cut diagonally and serve hot with Tomato Sauce.

Notes
- You can bake the bread toast in oven also in place of tawa for about 5 – 8 Min at 250°C.
- Add Salt carefully as Butter and Cheese already contains Salt.
- If making for kids reduce the amount of Green Chilies.
- Do not forget to cover with a lid else, the cheese do not melt easily.
Spicy and yummy
