  • Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  • Ginger - 1 inch stick
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 1 tsp optional
  • Water - 4 cup

  • Boil the water and mix all the ingredients and boil for fifteen mins. Once cooled strain it Add honey or you can take without honey.
