Ingredients
- 1 cup Barely grains
- 1 large Potato boiled
- 2 tbsp Beans finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Carrot finely chopped
- 1 leaves Coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
- 2 cloves 2 Nos nos
- 2 Cardamom nos
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs or as per required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- soak the barley for 4 hours, then boil with 1/2 tsp salt, cloves and green cardamom. cool discard the cardamom and clove wash it and keep aside.
- boil the beans and carrot. grate the potato add boiled carrot, beans, barley, salt, coriander, green chili, red chili powder, lemon juice, bread crumbs and salt.
- make the tikki deep fry them till golden and crispy. serve hot with green chutney.
