For preparing Grilled Veggies in Garden Soup I have grilled few vegetables and added to the soup prepared using vegetables from my garden.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/6 Cabbage
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder

For Grilling

  • 4 Baby corns
  • 1 Mushroom
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 2 French beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 /2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 /2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatoes, carrot n cabbage, cook them in a pressure cooker by adding garlic cloves, water and spices.

  • Cook for 4 whistles, little later open the lid, let it cool down little bit.

  • Remove the peels of tomatoes n grind all vegetables.

  • . Add cream n cook for 5 mins.

  • Cut the vegetables. Grease the grill Pan with butter , put all the vegetablesover it, Sprinkle salt n pepper and grill for 8 minutes.

  • Add all grilled vegetables in soup, cook for few more mins.
