  • Boiled potato- 4 nos cut intk dice size
  • Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Honey- 1tbsp
  • Haldi- 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Til sesame seeds-1 tbsp (fried)


  • In a wok heat the oil add mustard seeds ,jeera, when fluttering ,add Kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi , potatoes,salt mix it properly cook it till light brown in color.
  • Then add honey ,tomato sauce, Sesame seeds stir it .
  • Garnish with little little til and serve hot.
