Good for constipation, indigestion, piles, diabetics, cough, bronchitis and asthma. Fig tree is member of the Mulberry family. It is contain minerals, vitamins and fiber. Also can loss weight. I have dried figs so I thought to make a dessert with honey and roasted white sesame. It is a simple, easy and quick recipe.

  • Soaked figs 10-12
  • Roasted white sesame 1/2 cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp

  • Chopped the soaked figs

  • Take a frying pan heat and add chopped figs. Stir continuously add roasted white sesame and honey.

  • Mix well let the temperature down. Apply butter in both hands and give shape the dessert.
