About Honey Fig Bar
Good for constipation, indigestion, piles, diabetics, cough, bronchitis and asthma. Fig tree is member of the Mulberry family. It is contain minerals, vitamins and fiber. Also can loss weight.
I have dried figs so I thought to make a dessert with honey and roasted white sesame. It is a simple, easy and quick recipe.

Ingredients
- 10 Figs soaked
- 1/2 cup White Sesame roasted
- 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
- Chopped the soaked figs
- White sesame to be roasted.
- Take a frying pan heat and add chopped figs. Stir continuously add roasted white sesame and honey.
- Mix well let the temperature down. Apply butter in both hands and give shape the dessert.

This recipe can be store in fridge more than 15 days.
