- ½ cup Onion chopped
- ⅓ cup Bell Peppers capsicum, chopped
- ⅓ cup Carrot chopped
- 1 Chili chopped, green
- ¼ cup Peas green
- ¼ cup Corn Kernels boiled
Spices and Flavorings
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Mango Powder amchur, dry

Instructions
- Cook the Maggi noodles according to package directions in 2 cups of boiling water. Drain the noodles and set aside. This ensures the noodles are perfectly cooked and ready for the tadka.
- In a pan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until the onions become translucent, about 5-7 minutes. This builds the flavor base of the dish.
- Add the carrots and bell pepper to the pan. Increase the heat to high and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the tomatoes, green peas, and corn. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened but still retain some texture.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt, and Maggi Masala Tastemaker to the pan. Mix well to combine the spices with the vegetables. This creates a rich and aromatic tadka.
- Pour 1 cup of water into the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the cooked Maggi noodles and chopped cilantro to the pan. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly with the flavorful tadka.
- Remove from heat and serve the Tadka Maggi immediately. Enjoy the delicious street-style flavors!
