Ingredients
Noodles & Seasoning
- 3 packets Maggi Atta Noodles
- 3 packets Maggi Masala Seasoning use the seasoning packets included with the noodles.
Vegetables
Oil & Spices
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder optional, for color and flavor.
- 1 cup Water adjust as needed.
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
- Heat mustard oil in a kadai or non-stick pan. Add diced potatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add onions, capsicum, carrots, and cabbage to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
Cook the Noodles
- Add the Maggi noodles, breaking them into smaller pieces for easier cooking. Stir in the Maggi masala seasoning and turmeric powder (if using).
- Pour in the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
Serve
- Add the pre-cooked potatoes to the pan. Stir gently to combine. Serve hot and enjoy!
