Noodles & Seasoning

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup Peas frozen peas work well.
  • 1/2 cup Carrots diced small.
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded.
  • 1 medium Potato diced small.
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped.
  • 1 medium Bell Peppers bell pepper, diced small.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Heat mustard oil in a kadai or non-stick pan. Add diced potatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add onions, capsicum, carrots, and cabbage to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.

Cook the Noodles

  • Add the Maggi noodles, breaking them into smaller pieces for easier cooking. Stir in the Maggi masala seasoning and turmeric powder (if using).
  • Pour in the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.

Serve

  • Add the pre-cooked potatoes to the pan. Stir gently to combine. Serve hot and enjoy!
