Ingredients
Noodles & Vegetables
- 2 cup Vermicelli Rice Noodles
- 1 cup Spring Onions thinly sliced
- 1 Bell Peppers capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup Cabbage finely shredded
Aromatics & Seasoning
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves fresh or dried
Instructions
Prepare the Noodles
- Soak vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain well.
Sauté Aromatics
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir-fry Vegetables
- Add shredded cabbage, bell pepper strips, and spring onions. Stir-fry for another minute until slightly softened but still crisp.
Add Sauce and Seasoning
