Strawberries and Apples are excellent source of vitamins c, k, b, as well as fibre, manganese, potassium, calcium and so on. They are healthy nutrients and strawberries bring bright red colour.
Yield / Serves
Jaggery syrup 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Badam soaked 4
Water 2 -3 cup
Cleanly wash and remove the stalks of strawberries.
Cleanly wash, peel and chop apple.
Add some water, Jaggery syrup, fresh fruits, cashews, badam, soaked badam, cardamom powder in mixer jar or blender.
Blend smoothly, to get smooth puree, add sufficient water.
Pour into kulfi mold.
Close the lid with stick .
Freeze overnight or till firm.
Remove, dip in warm water for few seconds.
Pull kulfies gently and serve.
Inspite of water and jaggery syrup you can use milk and sugar
