- 2-3 Pears ripe

- 500 gm Buttermilk chaas/chhanch
Spices & Sweetener
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder roasted
- 1 tsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1-2 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions
- Peel the ripe pears and cut them into smaller pieces. This will make blending easier and smoother.
- Add the pear pieces to a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth purée. A smooth purée ensures a creamy texture for the final drink.
- Pour the buttermilk (chaas/chhanch) into the blender with the pear purée.
- Add the roasted cumin powder, moringa powder, honey, and salt to the blender. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or saltiness according to your preference. Adding a touch more salt can balance the sweetness and enhance the other flavors.
