Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt full-fat yogurt recommended for creaminess
- 1 cup Water adjust to your desired consistency
- 1/2 cup Mint fresh leaves, packed
- 8 Peppercorn black, freshly ground is best
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt also known as kala namak, black
- 1/2 Chili adjust to your spice preference, green, remove seeds for milder flavor
- 1/4 inch Ginger peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala for extra flavor, optional

Preparation
- Wash and thoroughly dry the mint, ginger, and green chili. Remove the seeds from the green chili to reduce spiciness, if desired.
Blending
- Combine the yogurt, mint, ginger, green chili, black peppercorns, regular salt, black salt, and chaat masala in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, adding a little water to reach your preferred consistency.
Serving
- Taste and adjust the seasoning. Pour the mixture into ice-filled glasses. Add extra water or ice as needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
