Ingredients
Paneer & Vegetables
- 300 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, grated or crumbled. fresh paneer is best for optimal texture.
- 1 Onion finely chopped, medium-sized
- 2 Tomato finely chopped, large
- 2 clove Garlic minced
- 4 Chili chopped or slit lengthwise; adjust to your spice preference, green
Spices & Aromatics
- 1 tbsp Refined Oil vegetable oil or ghee can also be used
- 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1-2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped (optional, for garnish), fresh
Instructions
Preparing the Aromatics
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Sautéing Onions and Garlic
