Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes 3 boiled and mashed
  • Paneer 100 gms grated
  • Ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil and mash potatoes
  • Add half of the grated paneer,salt,red chilli powder,chilli flakes,Chaat masala,grated ginger,chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chilli together and mix well
  • Take a tomato size ball out of the mixture and make a bowl like shape

  • Make a thin paste using all purpose flour and water
  • Dip these potato bowls in the all purpose flour paste and then roll and cover it with vermicelli

  • Deep fry all these potatoes bowls till golden brown

  • Take them out in an absorbent paper and keep aside
  • For the eggs take the rest half grated paneer...add salt,crushed black pepper and cornflour and mix well
  • Make small balls dip them in the all purpose flour paste and fry for 1/2 min..don't make it red in colour...keep it white in colour
  • Take a potato nest ,keep some coriander leaves and keep the eggs over it..serve with sauce or chutney
