Add half of the grated paneer,salt,red chilli powder,chilli flakes,Chaat masala,grated ginger,chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chilli together and mix well
Take a tomato size ball out of the mixture and make a bowl like shape
Make a thin paste using all purpose flour and water
Dip these potato bowls in the all purpose flour paste and then roll and cover it with vermicelli
Deep fry all these potatoes bowls till golden brown
Take them out in an absorbent paper and keep aside
For the eggs take the rest half grated paneer...add salt,crushed black pepper and cornflour and mix well
Make small balls dip them in the all purpose flour paste and fry for 1/2 min..don't make it red in colour...keep it white in colour
Take a potato nest ,keep some coriander leaves and keep the eggs over it..serve with sauce or chutney
