Fish shaped sweet with cauliflower
In Bengali culture fish is an auspicious simbol. In the occasion of wedding both sides groom and bride they use to display different shapes of sweet. Fish shaped is one of them.

Ingredients
- 1 medium size cauliflower
- 1 medium size fresh coconut
- 2 teaspoon semolina
- 2 teaspoon ghee
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- Soaked saffron
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Handful raisin
- Few cherry slices

Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower with boiling water to avoid the micro insects. Then boil to make it soft.
- Peal off the fresh coconut and remove the skin. Then chop the coconut and keep separate.
- Make a paste with boiled cauliflower, chopped coconut and green cardamom then keep aside.
- Take a pan roast semolina with ghee then add the paste. Stir continuously, add jaggery, coconut cream and soaked saffron. Mix all together and stir continuously slowly reduce it will be a smooth dough.
- Now give the shape using both palm. I have given fish shape. I have garnished with roasted sesame raisin and thin cherry slice. Now the dessert is ready to serve. It can be kept in fridge for a fortnight.
