Add up all the ingredients except the rawa.
Shape like cutlets.
Dip in the rawa so as to coat it all over. Deep fry/ shallow fry / grill till golden brown. Serve hot with spicy hot mint-dhania chutney
Notes
Poha is by itself a binding agent hence it comes together beautifully to make cutlets.As the ready one already has all flavors , we just need to add little more.
