Tindas is an Indian dish eaten everywhere in India. But i have made this dish by given a twist. Everyone make stuffed Tindas by onion mixture but i have stuffed it with paneer. Hope so all like Paneer Stuffed Tindas..

  • First of all peel and wash the tindas. With the help of peeler or holar do the hole in the tindas for stuffing.Now chopp all the pieces of the tindas which has come out of the hole.

  • Now take a kadai and heat it by adding oil in it. When heated add hing and jeera in it. After that add onion and chopped green chilli. Saute it till it becomes brown in color. Now add chopped pieces of tindas and mix it.

  • Now add all dry spice ingredients in it. Mix it and cover it with the lid. In the meanwhile mash the paneer and add it into the kadai. Mix it very well and dry all the excess of water.

  • Now let it cool and after that stuff this stuffing in the tindas. After that take a pressure cooker and place all the tindas into it. Now put rest of the mixture on the tindas. Add little bit of water into the pressure cooker.

  • Now cover it with the lid. Pressure cook it for 2 whistles and the lower the flame for 10 to 15 mins. After that check whether tindas are done or not. If it is done then dry out the excess of water if it is there in the pressure cooker.
  • Now Paneer stuffed Tindas are ready to serve with chapati. Garnish them with chopped corriander leaves.
