About Ghee Cake

As the name of the cake suggests this cake is prepared using ghee as one of the primary ingredient. Instead of butter I have used desi ghee (clarified butter) which gives a unique flavour to the cake. Ghee cake is popular in bakery of Southern part of India. Though I have not tasted from a local bakery and tried it on my own.
