Ingredients
 

For the Paratha

  • 1 cup Multigrain Atta Wheat, bajra and oats blend
  • 150 g Paneer Crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Onion Finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain Carom seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Oil For cooking
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preparing the Dough and Filling

  • Knead the multigrain atta with water and a pinch of salt into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Mix crumbled paneer with onion, ajwain, and salt for the filling.

Cooking the Paratha

  • Stuff each rolled dough ball with the paneer mix, seal, and roll out gently.
  • Cook on a hot tawa with minimal oil until golden on both sides.

Making the Chaas

  • Whisk curd with cold water and roasted cumin powder until frothy.
  • Serve the warm paratha with a glass of spiced chaas.
