Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Perfect Masala Chaas

  • For a smoother texture, strain the blended Chaas through a fine-mesh sieve before serving.
  • Adjust the amount of spices to your preference. If you prefer a milder Chaas, start with less chili powder and add more to taste.
  • For a colder, more refreshing drink, add a few ice cubes to the blender while blending.
  • Experiment with other herbs and spices! A pinch of asafoetida (hing) or a few drops of lemon juice can add unique flavors.
