  • 1 cup Yogurt chilled, full-fat recommended
  • 1 Chili finely chopped; adjust to your spice preference, green
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped or grated
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Salt optional, black, enhances the flavor
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida hing
  • 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 2 cup Water adjust to your desired consistency
