Ingredients
- 4 brown bread slices
- Oil for deep frying the slices
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cardamoms

Instructions
- Cut each slice into 2 parts. Deep fry till golden brown. Remove on tissue paper. Prepare the Sugar Syrup now.
- Mix the water and sugar and Cook on slow flame till sugar melts. Add the elaichi. Leave to cool just a bit. Add the bread slices. Let them soak for 10 minutes. Remove from syrup and cool in fridge before serving.
