Ingredients
 

  • 2 Cup Rice basmati or any type
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 tsp Black Paper Powder
  • 4 Whole Black Pepper
  • 4 Cup Buttermilk chach
  • 2 cup Rice basmati or any type
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 tsp Black Paper Powder
  • 4 Whole Black Paper whole black paper
  • 4 Cup Buttermilk chach

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes ,soak the fenugreek seeds for 10 minutes .._x000D_ Heat the oil add fenugreek seeds ,as they pop saute the green chili and onion,now add soaked rice,black pepper,black pepper powder ,salt and butter milk ,when it starts boiling low down the flame of the gas and cover it. cook the rice till the butter milk is completely absorbed.serve hot with tomato salsa ..
