Paneer & peas pockets are made with wonton sheets. (samosa patti). I have added mozzarella cheese in paneer & peas Masala. I had deep fry these pockets. You can bake them also.
8-10 wonton sheets (samosa patti)
1 cup boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 /2 cup Boiled & mashed peas
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
1 tsp green chili finely chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano
For slurry : 1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 cup water
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
8-10 cheese cubes
Assemble all ingredients.
Add grated Paneer , boiled peas, grated cheese, red chilli flakes, oregano, salt & green chillies. Mix well.
Take wonton sheets. Cut them for desired size. Add all purpose flour and water for slurry. Mix well. And make thin paste. Place 2 wonton sheets in cross shape. Place 2 tsp peas & paneer mixture. Place cheese cubes over it.
Fold outer side of sheet.
Then fold all sides one by one. Apply slurry on edges of every fold
Make all pockets like wise.
Heat oil in a Kadhai. Do not over heat oil. Place one by one pockets in oil. Deep fry them on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
Paneer peas pockets are ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato sauce and cream cheese sauce.
